I bring over two decades of executive leadership experience across Wall Street, venture capital, and management consulting to my coaching practice. I work with senior leaders in complex, high-stakes environments, often facing increased scope, organizational change, or inflection points where existing strengths no longer scale. I bring firsthand executive experience and work with leaders across growth-stage and established organizations. My coaching sharpens judgment, strengthens leadership presence, and improves how leaders think and operate under increasing demands.My approach is direct, rigorous, and grounded in real operating contexts. I focus on how leaders think, decide, and show up under pressure, paying particular attention to the patterns that shape judgment, relationships, and execution.
